To qualify for a return, a cleaning tool should generally be unused, in the condition received, and include its original packaging, parts, and included accessories unless it arrived damaged or defective. Items that have been used for cleaning, exposed to dirt, liquids, chemicals, or other contaminants may be subject to return restrictions where stated on the product page or where permitted by applicable law.

Contact us promptly after delivery and provide photos or other reasonable evidence. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.

Do not send a return to the business address or any other address unless customer service has specifically instructed you to do so. The authorized return location may differ from the company address.

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for return and applicable law. If an item is returned because of a customer preference or ordering error, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide appropriate instructions.

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error.

After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional business days to post the credit.
